Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation technique that removes a layer of dead skin cells along with all the velus (peach fuzz) hairs from your face. 

It leaves your skin feeling incredibly  smooth and allows for better product penetration. It can also help reduce the occurance of blemishes as it removes the hair that can cause oils and bacteria to be trapped against the skin. Make up also looks smoother and more even on the skin. 

Recommended interval of once per month.

Microneedling can be performed with a roller, a stamp or an electronic pen.  At TipToToe we use a roller.

Tiny channels are made into the skin with very fine needles causing mild trauma to the skin.  This controlled form of trauma stimulates the skins natural healing abilities and helps in the creation of collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are the chemicals in our skin that dictate how plump, firm and stretchy our skin is. As we age the level of them that we produce naturally decreases leading to a loss of firmness and the start of lines and wrinkles. By helping the skin to produce more of these crucial ingredients we can slow the aging process down.

The tiny channels into the dermis also allow for the application of serums to a deeper level than when applied during a normal facial or home care routine. Hyalouronic acid and collagen are applied throughout the treatment to penetrate the skin and improve hydration and skin health.

You can also choose to have a gold collagen mask added at the end of the treatment to further help your skins health.

Recommended to have treatment once per month. Can be teamed up with dermaplaning for optimum results.

BB Glow serum is applied to the epidermis - the uppermost layer of the skin, and can last for several months. Immediate results can be seen after the first treatment, but usually 4 applications are recommended at 10-14 day intervals. Single treatments usually last 2 weeks but a course of 4 can last up to 6 months.

The Semi-Permanent BB Glow "make-up" is applied to your skin with a special micro-needling treatment pen, providing a natural-looking foundation to your skin that lasts for a long time.

The BB Glow Mesotherapy facial treatment improves skin appearance, helps remove wrinkles, and at the same time enhances skin tone and gloss. It is suitable for most skin types.

BB Glow Lip Blush uses the same method as above to give the lips a semi permanent blush. It is not a strong or long lasing as full semi permamant lip make up, but adds a natural looking glow to the lips leaving your lips looking healthy and plump.

Mesotherapy uses microneedling to infuse a cocktail of peptides, skin brightening ingredients and hydrating serums into the skin to improve its tone, texture, and plumpness. The appropriate serum is matched to the skin condition to give the best effect. Unlike traditional mesotherapy where the serums are injected with needles resulting in potential swelling and increased downtime, the dermapen uses microneedling technology to infuse the serums in the upper layers of the skin resulting in little to no downtime.

This is the ultimate in anti aging treatments. It is a form of non surgical face lift. You can target specific lines or areas, or perform a face lift on the whole of your face and neck, treating a section at a time.

The plasma pen creates an arc between it's tip and your skin, cauterizing and killing bacteria.  The small area of trauma is immediatley sealed and the skin begins it's natural healing process, flooding the area with fibroblasts (bonds of collagen and elastin). 

The treated area is immediately tightened and then over the next 28 days will continue tightening and lifting. Treatments are carried out a month apart with top ups done after 3 months if required. This means that the upper face lift which is done in 3 sections  takes 3-6 months to complete depending on if top ups are required.

Individual areas such as frown lines between your brows or neck lines can be treated individually if a face lift is not required.

A small amount of down time after the treatment is normal as treatment areas can appear quite red for the first few days and the scabs must be kept dry so make up cannot be worn as it cannot be removed until the scabs have come off.

Skin peels or chemical peels are ideal for reducing acne scarring, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and signs of sun damage.

Lactic or Glycolic Acid is applied to the skin and then neutralised, to remove the top layer of skin cells, exposing fresh new cells.

This helps to encourage cell renewal which is essential for reducing signs of aging, scarring and pigmentation.
